These past few months have made me realize that we do not need a gym to get a good workout. With this low tech exercise routine, all you’ll need is about 4-5 feet of Theraband resistance bands and a door knob!
Check out this short video and give it a try. The bands are available in office and online for about 5 dollars. I typically add a cardio to the work out by jumping rope which (5-6 dollars online) and run the stairs in my building. To elevate this workout I recommend push-ups, crunches and leg lifts to strengthen the core.
